JD – SR. MANAGER HR & TRAINING

1. Team handling
   • Managing team of HR executive to hire, training & process adherence
2. Hiring/Talent Management
   • Hiring new Store Managers and Store Executives & Optometrists for cleardekho optical stores PAN India.
   • Travelling to remote locations for conducting hiring drives.
   • Making JD for new positions.
   • Posting current vacant positions (Store Manager, Store Executive, Area sales Manager & Optometrists) on various online portals and other channels.
   • Coordinate with consultancy & institutions for current vacancies and maintain their commercials details.
   • Conduct in campus interviews in colleges PAN India for hiring optometrists & store staff.
   • Keeping a check on attrition rate and increasing staff retention.
   • Making a growth plan for store staff.
   • Maintaining a healthy P&L for franchise stores.
   • Maintaining attendance of store staff & resolving their issues.
3. Team handling
   • Managing team of HR executive to hire & process adherence.
4. Training & people development.
   • Conducting sales, product, soft skill trainings for all store staff across India.
   • Travelling across stores for training and candidate evaluation.
   • Conducting test and activities for people development.
   • Conducting mock drill on sales & product training.
   • Responsible for growth in retail revenues month on month.

Eligibility

Graduation is must, Post-Graduation (preferred)
Optical experience is must ( around 10 Years in hiring, training, optical space)

Salary: Upto 1, 00,000/- per month
