JD – FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Responsible for expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
- Handling investment size of 20 lacs and above by explaining the concept and business model to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse backgrounds.
- Ensuring collection of budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring appointment of targeted number of franchise outlets/stores every month by creating and managing a healthy pipeline.
- Lead generation through various marketing activities like participation in Franchisee Exhibition, Webinar, Event, Social Media Promotion etc.
- Travelling across cities of India to meet prospective investors and explain the business model and ensure closure.
- Ensuring collection of all the documents as per the checklist and execution of the contract prior to opening of the outlet.
- Handling cross functional team comprising of members from NSO, Legal, and Accounts etc. and ensure smooth onboarding of prospective channel partners.
- Doing any other duties and tasks as assigned and advised time to time by the management or reporting managers.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 4 years or above of relevant experience preferably from Optical Industry.
- Experience as a Franchise Development Manager or in related field.
- Good experience in expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
- Proficiency in explaining the business models to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse background.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
