JD – FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  1. Responsible for expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
  2. Handling investment size of 20 lacs and above by explaining the concept and business model to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Ensuring collection of budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
  4. Ensuring appointment of targeted number of franchise outlets/stores every month by creating and managing a healthy pipeline.
  5. Lead generation through various marketing activities like participation in Franchisee Exhibition, Webinar, Event, Social Media Promotion etc.
  6. Travelling across cities of India to meet prospective investors and explain the business model and ensure closure.
  7. Ensuring collection of all the documents as per the checklist and execution of the contract prior to opening of the outlet.
  8. Handling cross functional team comprising of members from NSO, Legal, and Accounts etc. and ensure smooth onboarding of prospective channel partners.
  9. Doing any other duties and tasks as assigned and advised time to time by the management or reporting managers.
  10. Following the other/further details of the above duties may be advised separately, as per need.

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 4 years or above of relevant experience preferably from Optical Industry.
  • Experience as a Franchise Development Manager or in related field.
  • Good experience in expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
  • Proficiency in explaining the business models to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse background.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
