JD – INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Conducting introductory calls and make the initial sales pitch to the prospects.
- Maintain strong follow up with the prospects.
- Arrange meetings both online & offline with Franchise Development Managers.
- Create a strong pipeline of warm leads.
- Closely work with Franchise Development Managers in achieving monthly targets.
- Follow up with clients for timely payment collection.
- Collection of documents as per the check list for signing of Franchise Agreement.
- Inter departmental coordination to be done for timely opening of the outlets.
- Other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time by the management.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 year or above of relevant experience with a sales/tele calling background (Female Candidates Preferred).
- Experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in related field.
- Good experience in conducting calls and make the initial sales pitch to the prospects.
- Proficiency in creating a strong pipeline of warm leads.
- Effective calling skills and the ability to maintain strong follow up with the prospects.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
