JD – INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  1. Conducting introductory calls and make the initial sales pitch to the prospects.
  2. Maintain strong follow up with the prospects.
  3. Arrange meetings both online & offline with Franchise Development Managers.
  4. Create a strong pipeline of warm leads.
  5. Closely work with Franchise Development Managers in achieving monthly targets.
  6. Follow up with clients for timely payment collection.
  7. Collection of documents as per the check list for signing of Franchise Agreement.
  8. Inter departmental coordination to be done for timely opening of the outlets.
  9. Other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time by the management.

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 year or above of relevant experience with a sales/tele calling background (Female Candidates Preferred).
  • Experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in related field.
  • Good experience in conducting calls and make the initial sales pitch to the prospects.
  • Proficiency in creating a strong pipeline of warm leads.
  • Effective calling skills and the ability to maintain strong follow up with the prospects.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
