This section deals with the Term and Conditions regarding sale of products through our website by you and this is considered as “Contract of Sale” between (“Company” or “We” or “Our” or  “Us”) and You. 

These conditions of use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Note – The Company reserves the right to alter, amend and modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. All such amendments and modifications will be duly notified on this website. If you are not agree to the terms and conditions, Please do not access the website.

Terms and Conditions:

The company recommends that , irrespective of whether you are a visitor or registered member who proposes to utilize the service provided by the company, to carefully read all the terms and conditions as provided herein. The said terms and conditions displayed are recommended to be saved for any future references and for your own records. 

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) from our website. The order confirmation via E-mail does not confirm acceptance of an offer to buy the product(s) ordered. It’s only an order confirming mail. We only accept your offer on and conclude the Contract of Sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you and e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the product on this day and date has been dispatched to you.

You confirm that the product ordered by you is purchased for your internal/personal purpose and not for re-sale or business purpose.

The Company will make efforts to ensure that order placed by you is successfully processed subject to the availability of the Product(s). In the event the Products(s) is sold out or unavailable, the company will intimate via E-mail. In that case, you can opt out to buy any other product or refund the same.

The prices for product(s) are described on the website and are incorporated into these terms by reference. All prices are in Indian Rupees. The prices, products and services are subject to the change as per Company discretion. Prices of the product are inclusive of GST and other taxes as required to remit to the tax authorities time to time.

The company accepts the following form of payments-

1. Debit Card/Credit Card
2. Online mode or via application as intimated by the company time to time.
3. Cash on delivery to the specified locations at the discretion of the company.

You agree, understand and confirm that the Card details provided by you to transact on the website will be correct, accurate and are owned by you. Further you shall expressly or in writing authorize to use any third party card for making payments.

The company reserves the right to cancel an order in case the order request is not acceptable to the Company. Upon such cancellation, the order amount will be refunded to you. Such cancellation due to many reasons that may be informed by the company via e-mail.

The company will not be liable for any Credit Card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on the User and the on us to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.

Use of Cleardekho.com is available only to the  person who can form a legally binding contract under the indian contract act 1872, If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use Cleardekho.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. 

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining utmost secrecy and confidentiality of all the information provided to the company while registering yourself which includes your login ID, E-mail address and Password for the same. You are responsible for all the activities that occur under your account. The company will send notification, advertisements, correspondence and other communications to the e-mail Id furnished by you.

The company shall make utmost secrecy and confidentiality of the information as provided by you. The company uses all security measures to ensure that the information is not misused by any third party. In addition to all other remedies as specified in the laws of India, the company reserve the right to recover the cost of the product, collection, other charges, damages and legal proceeding charges etc. from the User using the website/s fraudulently. Further company reserves the right to initiate the Legal proceeding against the fraudulent users whose act or omission which negatively affects the goodwill or brand name of the Company or causes any loss in any respect to the Company.

You authorize us to declare and provide information to the governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the website.

You are strictly prohibited from unauthorised use of our system or this website’s, including but not limited to unauthorised entry into the systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted to this website.

You acknowledge that the company may disclose and transfer any information that you provided through the website to (i) our affiliated or information providers, (ii) to any third party but strictly with your permission, or (iii) if we are legally bound to disclose any information due to compulsion under law. you consent  to  transmission, transfer or processing of such information to, or through, any country in the world, as we deem necessary or appropriate, and by using and providing information through this website you agree to such disclosure or transfers.

• 70 INR Shipping fees Chargeable on every order
• Orders take maximum 7 working days to be delivered
• Shipping time is 4 – 5 working days.
• Shipping details (Courier name & AWB number) are shared with the customers
• COD Charge of 75 INR + 70 INR Shipping fees will be applied on all cash on delivery orders
• Orders are processed upon receipt of a valid prescription
