JD – MIS EXECUTIVE

1. Preparation of payment sheets in a representational format.
2. Calculation of P/L account for New Franchise Stores and other departments such as marketing.
3. Monitoring Verification of monthly bills as per the payment rules.
4. Making sure that payments are done timely as per the approvals &Ensure payments do not exceed budgets allocated.
5. Data reconciliation.
6. Monthly Payment data to be prepared in the form of graph and visual transformation.
7. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to financial parameters of various projects.
8. Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
9. Any other task as assigned by the management.
10. Other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Eligibility

• Graduate (preferably B. Com) with 1 – 3 years of experience
• Experience as a MIS Executive.
• Demonstrable MIS Executive with strong MS excel skills.
• Proficiency in calculation of P/L account for New Franchise Stores and other departments such as marketing.
• A strong eye for analysing the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to financial parameters of various projects.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
